CONCIERGE 1:1 SUPPORT + TESTING

Your symptoms haven't resolved.
This is why.

You've done the right things. You may have worked with other practitioners, tried protocols, adjusted your lifestyle. And something is still not right. Not because you haven't tried hard enough — because you haven't had the right level of investigation.

The Metabolic Restoration Concierge is Journu's deepest level of care — comprehensive functional testing, a fully customized protocol, and direct 1:1 support for women and men with complex, persistent, or overlapping conditions.

IS THIS THE RIGHT LEVEL OF CARE FOR YOU?

Some cases need more than
guidance. They need investigation.

This level of care is designed for individuals whose symptoms have become persistent, complex, or difficult to resolve — even after trying to do the right things. Standard care addresses inputs. Concierge care investigates the environment producing the symptoms.

If your symptoms are interfering with daily function, if previous care hasn't held, or if you're dealing with overlapping conditions that haven't responded to individual protocols — this is where the answers are.

Weight loss resistance despite consistent effort

Ongoing digestive issues — gas, bloating, reflux, sensitivities

Insulin resistance or metabolic syndrome

Chronic blood sugar instability or prediabetes

Thyroid dysfunction or persistent metabolic slowdown

Chronic inflammation, joint pain, or autoimmune overlap

Painful, heavy, or unpredictable menstrual cycles

Hair thinning or unexplained hair loss

Multiple failed protocols with temporary or no improvement

PCOS, endometriosis, or fertility challenges

Perimenopause or menopause with complex symptom picture

Symptoms that make sense on paper but won't resolve

"These conditions often require more than basic guidance. They require structured investigation, individualized strategy, and consistent support — over time, not just at appointments."

WHAT'S INCLUDED

Comprehensive investigation.
Individualized strategy.
Continuous support.

Every element of this program is designed to give you the data, the strategy, and the support to actually change what hasn't been changing.

01

Four Private 1:1 Consultations

Structured, individualized sessions with April focused on your symptoms, history, test results, and protocol refinement. You are not a chart. You are a case — and we work it accordingly.

05

Direct communication between scheduled appointments. When symptoms shift, when questions arise, when something needs adjusting — you have access. You are not left to figure out what's happening on your own.

02

  • Initial comprehensive blood panel — 68+ biomarkers covering full thyroid panel, sex hormones, metabolic markers, inflammatory markers, nutrients, and iron

  • Follow-up blood panel at 4 months — the same 68+ markers re-run to track progress, confirm response, and guide ongoing protocol adjustments

Most standard panels run 20–30 markers. Ours runs 68+ — because partial data produces partial answers. Both panels included in your program investment.

06

Full access to the Hormone Response Method — the foundational course covering nervous system regulation, liver support, cellular communication, circadian rhythm, and mineral restoration. The foundation that makes your protocol land.

03

  • Reveals mineral balance, stress patterns, heavy metal exposure, and cellular response to hormones and nutrients

  • Two panels allow direct comparison over the course of the program — showing where the body is shifting and where it needs continued support

GI-MAP or DUTCH testing may be recommended based on your initial results. These are available at an additional cost and are only recommended when your data indicates clinical need — not as a standard add-on.

04

Based on your testing, clinical history, and symptom picture, you receive a personalized protocol covering nutrition, supplementation, lifestyle, and any indicated medical support — with clear rationale for every recommendation.

WHAT TO EXPECT

What the first three months
actually look like.

Our work focuses on restoring stability, improving response, and creating sustainable progress — not quick fixes or symptom suppression.

01

WEEK 1-2

Initial consultation + comprehensive bloodwork

Full symptom and health history intake. Comprehensive blood panel ordered. HTMA collection kit sent. We establish your baseline before recommending anything.

02

WEEKS 3-4

Results review + protocol delivery

Full interpretation of your blood panel and first HTMA. You'll understand what your results mean and why — not just what to take. Your customized protocol is delivered and explained in detail. Additional testing (GI-MAP or DUTCH) recommended here if indicated.

03

MONTH 2

Check-in consultation + protocol refinement

How is your body responding? What's shifting and what isn't? Protocol is refined based on your real-time feedback — not just your labs. Adjustments are made based on how you actually feel.

04

MONTH 3

Second HTMA + final consultation

Second HTMA panel run for direct comparison against your baseline. Final consultation reviews your full arc of progress, confirms what's working, and establishes your path forward — whether that's continuation in BHRT care, ongoing community support, or independence.

05

MONTH 4

Follow-up blood panel

A final comprehensive blood panel at four months confirms your metabolic and hormonal progress against the initial baseline — giving you and your practitioner objective data on what has shifted and what may need continued attention.

Many clients experience within the first 3 months:

  • Improved energy and daily stability

  • Reduced inflammation and joint discomfort

  • Better digestion and fewer symptoms after meals

  • More predictable hormone and metabolic function

  • Improved mood and mental clarity

  • Sustainable weight and body composition changes

  • Better sleep quality and recovery

  • Understanding of what was actually driving symptoms

QUESTIONS

What people ask
before applying.

01

What makes this different from working with a functional medicine doctor?

Most functional medicine practices operate on the same visit-based model as conventional medicine — you come in, labs are ordered, a protocol is issued, and you return in 3 months. Journu's concierge program provides continuous support between sessions, direct messaging access, and protocol refinement based on how you actually feel — not just what your next labs show. The testing package, the follow-up panel at 4 months, and the two HTMA comparisons are all designed to give us a moving picture of your physiology, not a snapshot.

02

What is the HTMA and why are two panels included?

HTMA (Hair Tissue Mineral Analysis) measures mineral status, heavy metal exposure, stress patterns, and how well your cells are responding to hormones and nutrients — information that standard blood panels don't capture. Two panels are included so we can track how your mineral and metabolic picture shifts over the course of the program. The comparison between your first and second HTMA is often the clearest indicator of whether your body is actually moving toward stability.

03

Why might a GI-MAP or DUTCH be recommended — and at what cost?

GI-MAP (stool testing) and DUTCH (comprehensive hormone urine panel) are powerful tools but not universally necessary. We recommend them only when your initial blood panel and HTMA indicate a specific need — gut dysbiosis, pathogen load, or a hormone metabolism pattern that requires deeper investigation. Recommending them as a standard add-on to every client drives up cost without clinical justification. When recommended, approximate costs are: GI-MAP $300–$400, DUTCH $350–$450 depending on the panel selected.

04

What happens after the 3-month program ends?

Most clients transition into BHRT Concierge Care at $125/month — which includes ongoing bloodwork monitoring, quarterly provider visits, prescription adjustments, and unlimited messaging support. The 1:1 program builds the foundation; BHRT care maintains and advances it. Some clients complete the program and continue independently using what they've learned, returning as needed.

05

Is this appropriate for men?

Yes. While Journu's primary focus is women's hormone and metabolic health, the concierge program addresses foundational metabolic restoration that applies regardless of sex. Men dealing with weight resistance, fatigue, blood sugar instability, thyroid dysfunction, or complex overlapping symptoms are appropriate candidates.

06

What does the application process look like?

You submit a brief intake application. We review it to confirm that this level of care is the right fit for your situation before enrollment is confirmed. If the 1:1 program isn't the right match, we'll tell you which level of Journu care makes more sense — and why. There is no obligation at the application stage.
